Carl Ray "Pato" Breazzeal, 79, of Magazine, formerly of Fort Smith, passed away March 25, 2018 in his home. He was born July 20, 1938 in Fort Smith, Arkansas, the son of Jesse James and Wanda (Saylor) Breazzeal. He was a family man who loved spending time with his family going out on the lake boating, teaching them how to water ski, swim and about camping. Carl was an ordained minister and deacon of a church in Arizona where he taught his kids the important things in life, hard work, respect for others and love for Christ. He spent the last few years of his life living with his brother and sister, loving and caring for each other.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Jesse and Wanda Breazzeal; his wife, Christina; and his son, Mike Breazzeal.

Survivors include his sister, Sherry Mason and one brother, Grady Breazzeal of the home; three daughters, Kelle Hauser & husband, Marc of Middlebury, Indiana, Carla Chrisman and husband, Mike of Booneville, and Wendy Belue of Van Buren; thirteen grandchildren; sixteen great-grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, other family member and friends.

Visitation will be held from 5:00-7 p.m. Tuesday, March 27, 2018 at Booneville Funeral Service.

A Graveside service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, March 28, 2018 at Fort Smith National Cemetery in Fort Smith under the direction of Booneville Funeral Service.

Family members will serve as pallbearers.
